- Your internet connectivity got disrupted

- You have already added INR 5,000 in your Wallet (Monthly Load Limit)

- You have already spent INR 5,000 from your Wallet (Monthly Debit Limit)

- Your Wallet has become Inactive as you may not have used Wallet (Add Money or Spent Money) for more than a year

- Your bank account didn't have sufficient balance
