In case you missed the bus, due to the operator's fault, we will provide a complete refund. You can raise a ticket inside the Freecharge My Transaction section and we will resolve this. However, if the bus is missed due to any other reasons, like arriving late or waiting at the wrong pick up point, then Freecharge will not be able to provide any refund.
