Are there any withdrawal limits?
As per new RBI guidelines, withdrawal to bank account and transfer to other FreeCharge account holders from your FreeCharge account is not allowed. Withdrawal to bank account and transfer to other FreeCharge account holders shall be available only for Full-KYC users. The same shall be launched shortly and you shall be notified.In the meantime, you can use your FreeCharge balance to pay for goods & services at FreeCharge website, app, merchant website/outlet.
