Is there an expiry date on the account?
As per recent RBI mandate a wallet account would be created after providing OVD id as KYC details and mobile number verification. This wallet has an expiry of 12 months. You can do eKYC for your account after or before this time period doing so you may use your wallet account for lifetime.In case you are not providing any KYC details you can only transact at merchant website/outlets via FreeCharge Gift Instruments and FreeCharge PG services.
