I have lost my ticket. What do I do?
You can use the following as your boarding pass: Confirmation SMS sent by Freecharge, Email sent by Freecharge, or a screenshot of your ticket from the My Tickets section in the Freecharge app.
What identification should I carry with me?
Please carry a government issued ID and a copy of your ticket (SMS, Email or have the Freecharge app handy).
When should I reach the boarding point?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the schedule departure time.
