Why is my credit card bill payment pending?
In rare cases, due to technical issues, your credit card bill payment may take longer than usual to be completed. It means that we are waiting for a payment confirmation from the bank. In such cases, you should wait for a few hours and check the My Transactions screen to know the status of your bill payment.
In case the pending bill payment fails, the debited money will be refunded to you within 3 to 5 days.
