If you see that your DTH service is not activated or the recharge benefits are not applied even after your recharge is marked as succesful on Freecharge, please note the below:
- Activation may take up to 20 minutes after the recharge is completed. We request you to wait for 20 minutes and check again.
- The DTH card must be inserted properly in the set-top box.
- The TV and set-top box must be switched on at the time of recharge.
Please remove the DTH card and insert it again, and switch the TV and set-top box off and on again.
In case you still don't receive the recharge benefits, you can contact your DTH provider for support.
