I have recharged my FASTag account, but I am unable to cross the toll.
Once the amount is added to your FASTag account, it may take up to 15 to 30 minutes to reflect in Toll Plaza servers as they are updated every 15 to 30 minutes.
If you're unable to cross the toll even after 30 minutes and has minimum balance in your FASTag account as per your vehicle, contact your FASTag issuing bank for assistance.
