My payment was successful on Freecharge, but the amount has not been added to my FASTag account.

Once the payment for recharge of your FASTag account is successful, the amount is added to your FASTag account instantly.

If the payment is successful and the amount is still not added to your FASTag account, contact your FASTag issuing bank with the BBPS Reference No. of your transaction for assistance. You can find your BBPS Reference No. by tapping the relevant transaction in My Transactions section under Account tab.
