I am unable to get through KYC verification. What could be the possible reasons ?

The most common reasons are that customer is entering incorrect OTP or Aadhaar is not linked to mobile number or may be the servers are down. You may try after sometime or for quick resolution, you can mail the error screenshot to our customer care team at care@freecharge.com
