Why cannot I avail higher tenure loan after completing EKYC ?
As per the RBI guidelines, EKYC is valid for 12 months only and loan up to INR 60k can be offered with EKYC. Customer has to go through a full KYC checks to get a higher loan amount & longer tenure loan. Full KYC here refers to Video KYC
