Video Agent will never ask you to share any OTP or password during the video call process. If same is being asked in any rare scenario, then kindly refrain from sharing & you may report such incidents to Freecharge Customer Support team.
No physical or digital document is required during loan on-boarding process. Customer just have to input PAN number & Aadhaar number to complete the application.
The most common reasons are that customer is entering incorrect OTP or Aadhaar is not linked to mobile number or may be the servers are down. You may try after sometime or for quick resolution, you can mail the error screenshot to our customer care team at care@freecharge.com

Minimum amount is as low as INR 30000 & Maximum loan amount can go up to 5 Lakhs!
Customers can foreclose the loan account anytime they want to by paying the foreclosure amount. There is no capping on the count of EMIs that should be paid before foreclosing the loan.

Loan Tenure ranges between 6 months and 36 months. It's up to customers to decide the tenure basis their requirement.

All the accounts linked with customer's mobile no. will be shown on screen. Customer will have to select his/her salary account & proceed further to execute the loan.
