How can I pay the missed EMI ?
You can manually pay the missed EMI by clicking on 'Clear Dues' tab on dashboard or else we trigger payment links via SMS to repay the dues
Is there any requirement to submit security or collateral while applying for a personal loan from Freecharge?
No, it's a 100% collateral free loan
Why cannot I see foreclosure tab on dashboard?
Please try following this path - Go to Loan Details tab on your dasbord >> Foreclosure option. Still if you're unable to locate foreclose tab then feel free to reach out to Customer support team at care@freecharge.com
Will I get a personal loan if I receive my salary in cash ?
No, only salaried individuals receiving their salary in bank account are eligible to apply for Freecharge Personal Loan powered by Axis Bank.
Can I decide the EMI date ?
No, currently we don't allow customers to select the EMI date. Payment has to be made on the date as mentioned in the Loan Agreement to avoid late fee charges.
How much time does it take to complete VKYC process ?
It usually takes up to 5 minutes on an average to complete the VKYC process.
What if my Bank account is not linked with NPCI for NACH services ?
It's very unfortunate! Most of the popular banks are already linked with NPCI for NACH services. Still in case your bank is not, then your loan application can't be completed.
Who is eligible to apply for a Personal Loan from Freecharge ?
Resident Indians who are Salaried within age group of 21 and 55 are eligible to apply for a loan.
How do I repay the loan ?
Usually the EMI amount gets debited automatically through eNACH/mandate set up. However, if incase it fails, then customer has an option to visit dashboard to manually make the payment.
When can I foreclose the loan ?
Customers can foreclose the loan account anytime they want to by paying the foreclosure amount. There is no capping on the count of EMIs that should be paid before foreclosing the loan.
