What are the late payment fees that will be levied in case I miss the EMI date ?
We strongly advise you to pay on time to avoid late fee charges. You will have to pay penal charges which is levied on daily basis in case you miss paying the EMI on time.This fee will add up until you make the payment for that month.
What is the repayment tenure offered by Freecharge for Personal Loan ?
Loan Tenure ranges between 6 months and 36 months. It's up to customers to decide the tenure basis their requirement.
Why cannot I avail higher tenure loan after completing EKYC ?
As per the RBI guidelines, EKYC is valid for 12 months only and loan up to INR 60k can be offered with EKYC. Customer has to go through a full KYC checks to get a higher loan amount & longer tenure loan. Full KYC here refers to Video KYC
