As per NPCI, the maximum transaction limit for every fund transfer by all payment apps is Rs. 1,00,000 (One lakh). Freecharge UPI follows the same rule. However, respective issuing banks can set up their own lower limits.

Yes, you can decline the mandates. Once you decline the mandate, amount will be unblocked for the corresponding payer’s bank account.
You can reset your UPI PIN using “RESET UPI PIN” feature of the app. To do the same, go to My Account > UPI Settings > UPI linked bank accounts > Reset’. You will be asked to enter the debit card details to set the UPI PIN.
In case you revoke a mandate, it will get cancelled. Please note that a revoked mandate cannot be restored.
