When you create a mandate the same amount gets blocked in your linked bank account from mandate start date to mandate end date. However, the amount will only be debited out of your bank account upon mandate execution by the receiver.

As per NPCI, the maximum transaction limit for every fund transfer by all payment apps is Rs. 1,00,000 (One lakh). Freecharge UPI follows the same rule. However, respective issuing banks can set up their own lower limits.
You can check in the pending tab of 'Receive money' on your Freecharge app for all the mandates pending to be executed by you.
You can reset your UPI PIN using “RESET UPI PIN” feature of the app. To do the same, go to My Account > UPI Settings > UPI linked bank accounts > Reset’. You will be asked to enter the debit card details to set the UPI PIN.
When you add the receiver’s UPI ID to send money, you can click on the “verify” button to get the complete name of the receiver as per his bank records.
Yes, your mandate amount cannot exceed the balance in your bank account. For example if you are creating a mandate of rupees 5000 then the link bank account that you are using should have a minimum balance of rupees 5000.
To delete an account: Select UPI settings in ‘My Account’ section. Select UPI linked bank accounts option. Click on the three dots and select the option to delete bank account. Select the accounts to delete and click delete account.
Yes, you can create the mandate with the same start date and end date however if the start date and end date are on the same day, then the mandate will expire at time 23:59:59.
