I am receiving an error message stating that sorry, your request cannot be processed following which the application is not getting registered.

This happens in the following scenarios:
The verification SMS has not been sent from the device
Network error
Device does not have a SIM.
Please ensure that your phone has data connectivity. If the problem persists, please delete the application, download and try again.
