You will find an option of ‘Need Help?’ for a transaction under the Transaction details option in My Transactions. Please follow the options provided under Need Help section.

I have tried to transfer the Rs 25000 from my freecharge UPI and the money is deducted from my account but still it is not transferred to that account. Please do something the transaction date is 10 August 2020. If my money is not credited into my account then I will complaint it.
