Why am I not able to deregister my Freecharge UPI ID?

De-registration is not allowed if you have active mandates. Please check for any active mandates on your Freecharge app. In case you are payer, you need to revoke all your mandates before deregistering yourself. In case of a merchant initiated mandate, the payer cannot deregister at all until the mandate is executed or expired.
