How many accounts can be added to receive money?
There is no limit to the number of accounts that can be added for receiving money.
What are all the applications I can invoke via intent feature?
All the BHIM UPI applications that are there in your android device can be invoked to complete the payment.
I do not have a UPI ID of the sender to request money. Can I still use Freecharge UPI to ask money?
No, you would need UPI ID of the sender to ask for money.
I want to initiate an Ask request. Can I set an expiry time for the same?
Yes, you can set the expiry time. You can set an expiry time from 1 day to 45 days, from the date of initiation of the transaction.
How do I delete my saved contact under UPI?
To delete a contact: Select the option of ‘Delete beneficiary’ under My Account > UPI settings Select the beneficiary to delete and then click on Delete beneficiary
How can I authorize the mandate?
Please go to the pending tab under send money option on your Freecharge app. You can see the list of all the mandates to be authorized by you. Click on accept and enter your UPI pin in order to authorize the mandate.
My mandate failed during execution, can I re-execute the mandate?
Yes, in case the mandate execution attempt is failed, you can execute the same again.
What if I change my mobile handset and want to use Freecharge UPI on the new device with the same number?
You need to download and register for UPI on Freecharge on the new device.
What is the intent feature?
Intent feature is an app in app invoke functionality that allows Freecharge users to invoke another BHIM UPI application on their phone like (Bhim,Google Pay, Phonepe etc.) in order to complete UPI payment.
What all modes of payments are supported using intent feature?
Intent feature only supports UPI payments.
