How do I withdraw money from my account?

As per new RBI guidelines, withdrawal to bank account and transfer to other Freecharge account holders from your Freecharge account is not allowed. Withdrawal to bank account and transfer to other Freecharge account holders shall be available only for Full-KYC users. The same shall be launched shortly and you shall be notified. In the meantime, you can use your Freecharge balance to pay for goods & services at Freecharge website, app, merchant website/outlet.

Why you are always sending notifications that we can transfer money from wallet to bank account when it is not lauched yet. Very stupidity thing.Only because we got the notification that we can transfer the wallet amount to bank account we have added and then it is stating that we cant transfer, then whats the point in sending the notification.
