How do I withdraw money from my account?
Withdrawal to bank account and transfer to other Freecharge account holders shall be available only for Full KYC users.
Please visit the Wallet section on Freecharge App or Website to access the Withdraw Functionality. Simply enter the amount you want to withdraw from your wallet, add Bank Account details to which the amount is to be credited and enter OTP received on your registered number. The amount will get credited to your Bank Account within minutes.
