I am unable to load money into my account using my debit or credit card or netbanking account. What do i do?

The possible reasons for this could be : - The issuer bank's network was down- Your internet connectivity got disrupted- You have already added INR 5,000 in your Wallet (Monthly Load Limit)- You have already spent INR 5,000 from your Wallet (Monthly Debit Limit)- Your Wallet has become Inactive as you may not have used Wallet (Add Money or Spent Money) for more than a year- Your bank account didn't have sufficient balance
