I am unable to withdraw money from my account. What do I do?

  1. Please check your KYC status in Account Profile Section. Withdrawal to bank account is available only to Full-KYC users. 
  2. Please check the amount entered by you is greater than Rs.100.
  3. If you are still facing issues, kindly email us at care@freecharge.com with a screenshot of the error you are facing and your account details.
