Please follow the below steps:
1. Go to settings. Select the Application manager, where you can see all installed applications in your phone.
2. Select the freecharge App in that list .
3. You can see the Button named “Clear Cache” ,Click on the button .
After doing this application, cache memory will be deleted and try after few hours .

Its disgusting am trying to update my KYC details through pan card but every time FreeCharge saying incorrect pan details butall pan details are true and correct to the best of my knowledge
