What are the payment modes allowed to purchase gift cards?
As per RBI guidelines, gift cards cannot be purchased with wallet balance. Debit card, Credit card and Net banking can be used to purchase all gift cards.
Can Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards be recharged after purchase?
E-Gift Cards cannot be recharged.
How do I order an E-Gift Card?
Ordering an E-Gift Card through freecharge is easy. Once you select your favourite brand, you can select the card theme based on occasion. Enter the denomination and quantity you wish to purchase. Choose the suitable payment mode to complete your purchase.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, both the sender and beneficiary will receive the confirmation through E-mail. The gift card details will be sent only to the beneficiary email ID.
Are there any terms and conditions involved?

How do I resend the gift card to the recipient?
You can resend the gift card to the same email using the resend functionality on the transaction details section on our android & iOS app.
How do I check the status of my gift card?
If your transaction is successful, E-gift cards are sent immediately to the beneficiary email ID.
