The #OnTheGo Pin gives you the power to pay, well, On The Go. A four digit #OnTheGo Pin will flash in the "Pay to Merchant" section in your FreeCharge app which can be used to complete transactions at offline stores.
In case of offline transactions, the reversal or void can be done from the POS terminals itself. This happens instantaneously and the refund is done to the FreeCharge wallet only because the payment is also done only from wallet.
Fortunately, you do not need to generate the #OnTheGo Pin. It is always accessible in your FreeCharge app. After your mobile number is entered in the POS machine, use the four digit #OnTheGo Pin flashing in the "Pay to Merchant" section of your FreeCharge app.
