There is no limit on the number of transactions you can complete. As long as your FreeCharge Balance does not get exhausted, you can complete any number of transactions at offline stores.
Also, one OTG pin can be used only once successfully. If the pin is used once, users will have to wait till the OTG pin gets changed for the next payment.
