I have Freecharge Balance but I am not able to use it?
Freecharge Balance has 2 parts - Wallet Balance & Gift Instrument balance. You can see the balances in FreeCharge App on Add Money Screen or My Transactions accessible from Account Screen.While Wallet Balance is not usable until Wallet is reactivated, Gift Instrument Balance can be used for Payments. Hence, the usable balance shown to you is less than available balance.
