What is the process for upgrade?

For Customers who are eligible for Full KYC upgrade, PAN verification and OTP consent is required to upgrade the Wallet.

You will receive an OTP from Axis Bank on your Axis Bank registered Mobile Number. Mobile Number on FreeCharge and Axis Bank has to be same. Otherwise, you will be required to update Mobile Number either in FreeCharge or Axis Bank and retry.
