What is the process for upgrade?

For Customers who are eligible, PAN verification and OTP consent is required to upgrade the Wallet.You will receive an OTP from Axis Bank on your Axis Bank registered Mobile Number. Mobile Number on FreeCharge and Axis Bank has to be same. Otherwise, you will be required to update Mobile Number either in FreeCharge or Axis Bank and retry.

I dont have an axis bank account.so I couldnt complete my full KYC..so I want to change my pan verification Id to my wifes pan card id because she has axis bank account..so hw could I change it ..

I do not have Axis Bank Account therefore my account is not validating with my PAN NO. What is the way to get FULL KYC at freecharge if Not have any account with Axis Bank..... Also please tell, How to get link with AXIS BANK to get banking relation with them.
