I want to use Freecharge Wallet. How can I complete KYC?
You can complete your Minimum KYC on Freecharge App or Website as per the steps below :
On the Freecharge App homepage, Click on the Profile icon on the top left corner. In the 'More' section, click on 'KYC Details' and submit name and number details of as per any Officially Valid Document.
Visit the Freecharge website at https://www.freecharge.in/ . In the Profile section on the top top right corner, click on 'KYC Details' and submit name and number details of as per any Officially Valid Document.
Accepted Officially Valid Documents (OVD) like Pan Card, Driving License, Passport etc. are subject to change from time to time as per RBI Master Directions.
