You are eligible for upgrade to Full KYC, as your KYC is available with Axis Bank. FreeCharge Wallet is issued by Axis Bank and your existing KYC details can be used for upgrading your Wallet from Minimum KYC Wallet to a Full KYC Wallet.
Typically, Full KYC involves submission of valid ID and Address Proof with In-person verification. As your KYC is already complete, you can upgrade instantly from App or Website.
