My transaction is successful but have not received a confirmation from the biller.

Your service provider will take 4 working days to reflect the amount paid in your account. Raise a concern to your service provider with BBPS Reference No. if the amount is reflected in your account after 4 working days. BBPS Reference No. can be found under My Transactions for a relevant transaction.
