When you see that your bill payment is pending, it means that we're waiting on a payment confirmation from the biller. Typically, billers take up to 2 working day to share an update with us. Check the My Transaction section on your Freecharge app after 2 working day for the bill payment status.
If your bill payment is successful, the biller will update the status on their portal within 4 working days from the date of successful payment. If your bill payment fails for any reason, we will refund the amount to you.
