What if I donot have an empty cylinder?
You need to return an empty cylinder in exchange for the delivery of a new one. Your gas distributor will reschedule the delivery in case you donot have an empty cylinder. Contact your LPG distributor or gas provider for assistance.

Why is my LPG distributor refusing to acknowledge my booking?
As proof of your booking, provide the BBPS reference no. to your agency. You can check the transaction confirmation screen or My Transactions on the Freecharge website/app for the same. If the booking is still not being acknowledged, contact your gas provider for assistance.
