Do I have to carry Freecharge registered mobile number and application number in store for processing the loan?
Yes, user needs to carry both.
Can my approved offer’s validity period be extended?
The validity of the offer can not be extended through Freecharge’s App. However, Axis Finance Limited reserves the right to extend validity period and you can request the Axis Finance executive for the same.
How many products can I buy with the Approved loan amount?
Maximum one product can be purchased with the loan amount.
When will I receive call from Axis Finance executive?

Would the approved amount be credited in the Freecharge wallet or bank account?
No, the approved amount would not be credited into the Freecharge wallet or bank account of the user. The user can purchase product using the approved amount during the visit to the store and the payment for the product would be made directly by Axis Finance to the store.
In case I require higher loan amount?
If the loan is approved, user needs to visit the nearest store and request the same to an Axis Finance Limited Sales Officer
What is the validity of the approved offer?
Your approved offer would be valid for 30 days from the date of approval. You need to purchase the product from your nearby store within the validity period.
What are the product categories which can be purchased using the No Cost EMI offer?
You can purchase any one product using your No Cost EMI offer from multiple product categories like Mobile, AC, Air Purifier, Air Cooler, Microwave, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Water Purifier etc. More product categories will be added shortly.
How will the repayment happen?
The repayment will happen in no cost EMis from your bank account. The axis finance sales officer will explain to you in more detail about the same during your visit to the store.
How would I know about Processing Fee, Schemes, Downpayment, EMI and Offer?
Processing Fee, Schemes, Downpayment Amount, EMI and Offer details vary from product to product. For details user can ask the same during the call with the Axis Finance executive or enquire with the Axis Finance Sales officer during the visit to the store.
