What is the Validity of the Scratch card?
The Scratch card is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Validity of the scratch cards are mentioned in respective card.
What is the Validity of the cashback ?
The validity of the cashback earned against Scratch Card offer is 365 days from the date of issuance.
Will I be able to apply any promo code and avail a scratch card simultaneously ?
No, Scratch Card can't be availed if transaction is done using any promo code.
Will I receive scratch card for all types of transactions ?
As of now, Scratch Card offer is applicable on the below transactions - Electricity bill payment, Prepaid mobile recharge, Postpaid mobile bill payment & DTH recharge
When will I receive the cashback after receiving the Scratch card?
After the card is scratched, the cashback will be awarded immediately. Please ensure to scratch the card completly.
Can I use Promo code and avail cashback?
Yes, you can avail cashback by applying promo code in your transaction. However, this transaction will not be eligible for the Scratch card offer.
Where can I see the list of all the scratch card reward in the account?
It will be available in the Freecharge Cashback Reward section under account screen
