My payment was successful, but the subscription purchase failed?

This may happen when the subscription provider rejects the payment or in case of any technical failure.

In case of such failure, a refund will automatically be processed to the payment instrument used to pay. If the payment is made using Freecharge wallet, the refund will be made within 24 hours for such failed transactions. 

The refunds for payments made using other payment methods may take up to 5-7 business days, depending upon your bank's policy.
