Yes, customer can anytime go to “Saved Card” under “My Account” section on Freecharge and delete the card out of list of cards which they want to unregister.
That’s okay - If you are not okay to give consent. However, it is recommended as through this your card will be tokenize with more security as per RBI guidelines and additionally you won’t be needing to enter your card details with us next time you transact.
If the card is not validated, you won’t be able to continue using a particular saved card with Freecharge. You will need to go through hassle of re-entering your complete card details when doing transaction on Freecharge.
No charges - There are no charges to tokenize your card.
Yes, if you want to continue using saved card service. However, you can still transact with us by entering your complete card details.
We are sorry, post 30th June 2022, as per RBI guideline we won’t be able to keep your card saved with us until it is tokenized by you. However, we would recommend you to tokenize your card as it enhances the security on your card and you can continue using saved cards benefits.
There is no limit on saved cards - User can save and validate as many cards they want.
