No, UPI global registration/deregistration happens on individual Bank Account. Your other UPI services will not be impacted on deregistering UPI Global.

You can deregister UPI International anytime on your Freecharge App. < Under the profile menu → UPI Global → Click on deactivate for the account you want to deactivate → Success.> Note- You can reactivate UPI Global at any time.
