No, UPI Lite balance can only be loaded using the Bank Account linked to UPI Lite.
You cannot use UPI Lite for some payments like Autopay/mandates, International payments and P2P Collect payments.
If you wish to use another bank account for UPI Lite payments, you will have to first Deactivate your current UPI Lite account and activate UPI Lite again using the other bank account.
