How can I deactivate or disable UPI Lite?

We recommend you use UPI Lite as it provides a much safer, faster and superior transacting experience. 

Nevertheless, you can easily deactivate your Lite anytime on the Freecharge app. 

• Click on the Lite Balance section on your Homepage to navigate to the Lite Homepage.
• Click on the 3 dot menu on the top right corner.
• Click on Deactivate UPI Lite option.
• Verify the details on your screen and proceed with your confirmation.
• Your current Lite account is now Deactivated. 

You can easily activate Lite again on the same or different Bank account.
