Wallet/Account Limits:

As per RBI guidelines your FreeCharge account limits can vary based on your KYC states as below,

Any of your officially valid document number and self declared name as in the document is required as KYC details. Applicable documents accepted as KYC are,

- PAN card

- Voter Id

- Passport


If you provide the KYC details your FreeCharge account limits are

- Account balance limit - INR 10,000

- Can store/add upto INR 10,000 in your account in a month

- Can store/add upto INR 1,00,000 in your account cumulatively in a financial year

- Can use FreeCharge balance upto INR 10,000 for payment transactions in a month

- Can buy gift vouchers

- Can add money as a voucher above the general limits

- Vouchers can be consumed only on transactions, can't be withdrawn or transferred

- Can pay/transact at any of our merchant partner sites

- Account has an expiry of 12 months post that your account requires eKYC
