Following could be the reasons why you are not able to add money and are shown message on the app. Reasons could be one of the following.
1. You may not have completed KYC required for adding money into Wallet. If this is the case, you will have to provide minimum details of the KYC documents on the app.
2. Your Minimum Details KYC may have expired due to which you cannot add money into the Wallet. However, you can continue to use your existing balance and use any other Payment modes available on FreeCharge Account like Credit Card, Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking etc.
3. Your Wallet may have become Inactive as you may have not used the Wallet (Added Money or Spent Money) for more than a year. If this is the case, you will not be able to Add Money and Spend Money from FreeCharge Wallet. Know more at frch.in/s1
